Goblin Market™ Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns

We will be happy to accept returns of items that are not damaged or have not been used within 30 days of purchase. We will not reimburse your original shipping/handling costs and will not reimburse the return shipping costs.

We suggest you insure your return package or get a delivery confirmation receipt, as we will not assume responsibility if your return package gets lost during shipping back to us.

To return an item that is not damaged or not been used, please fill out our contact form with applicable information.

Exchanges

We will be happy to accept an exchange of items that are not damaged or have not been used within 30 days of purchase. We will not reimburse your original shipping/handling costs and will not reimburse the exchanged item shipping costs. There will be a $3.00 handling charge for these type of exchanges.

To exchange an item that is not damaged or not been used, please fill out our contact form with applicable information.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on promotions we may run.

Defective / Damaged Item(s)

If you received an item that was damaged please fill out our contact form with applicable information. You will have 30 days from the time of purchase to notify us if you received a damaged product. We will exchange the item with the same item, if available. If the item is no longer available then we will refund you your purchase. There is no additional shipping charges for defected items however we will not reimburse the original shipping/handling costs.
